Regence names 2 new vice presidents
Regence Health Plans named two new executives May 31: Zak Ramadan-Jradi, MD, will join as vice president of network management across four states, effective June 6. Dr. Ramadan-Jradi most recently served as executive director and vice president of accountable care at Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare. Denise Corcoran has joined Regence BlueShield as its vice president of network management for Washington state. She most recently served as senior vice president for Capital District Physicians' Health Plan in Albany, N.Y.
Home State Health names CEO
Centene Medicaid subsidiary Home State Health named Jeff Johnston plan president and CEO, effective May 31. Mr. Johnston will oversee the company's Medicaid, Medicare and health insurance marketplace plans.
BCBS Louisiana names 2 vice presidents
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana hired Rochelle Jones and Michael Carriere II as vice presidents in its benefit operations division. Ms. Jones will focus on the division's customer service, while Mr. Carriere will work on enrollment and billing, according to a May 29 report.
Trustmark names new CIO

Gainwell Technologies hires former CMS deputy director as chief client engagement officer
Gainwell Technologies, a Tyson, Va.-based technology solutions company for health and human services, named Karen Shields chief client engagement officer on May 17. Ms. Shields previously served as deputy director of CMS' Center for Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program Services. She was also deputy director for operations in CMS' Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight.
Bright HealthCare, NeueHealth name new CEOs
