- Aspirus Health Plan in Wausau, Wis. named Kyle Brua as president, effective Nov. 7.
- MHS Health Wisconsin named Titus Muzi Jr. as president and CEO Nov. 7.
- Alameda Alliance for Health said Nov. 3 its CEO, Scott Coffin, is retiring, effective May 31, 2023.
- Meridian of Michigan, a Centene subsidiary, named Patricia Graham as CEO Oct. 27.
- UnitedHealthcare named Steve Cain as CEO of its California market in October.
- Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee promoted Mark Rakowski to president of its insurance division, Chorus Community Health Plans, on Oct. 10.
- Sonder Health, a Georgia health plan provider, named Suzanna Roberts CEO on Oct. 4.
- Anthem BCBS Virginia President Jeff Ricketts retired in September after nearly 40 years with the company. No replacement has been named.
- CareSource named David Donohue CEO of the Arkansas market Sept. 26, where he will lead PASSE, the company's value-based delivery program for Medicaid patients.
- Delaware First Health, a Centene subsidiary, selected Bill Wilson to serve as plan president and CEO Sept. 26.
- Essence Healthcare, the Medicare Advantage subsidiary of St. Louis-based Lumeris, named Umar Farooq as president Sept. 20.
- Hometown Health, a part of Reno, Nev.-based Renown Health, named Bethany Sexton CEO, effective Sept. 12.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts named Sarah Iselin CEO Aug. 30. Ms. Iselin began at the company Dec. 5 before and will assume her new role Jan. 1.
- Health Alliance Medical Plans, a part of Urbana, Ill.-based Carle Health, named its COO, Sinead Rice Madigan, as president and CEO Aug. 17.
- Sentara Health Plans named Colin Drozdowski president Aug 17. Former President and CEO Dennis Matheis became president and CEO of Sentara Healthcare.
- Clover Health said Aug. 8 that President Andrew Toy will take over as CEO Jan. 1, 2023 as founder Vivek Garipalli departs from the position.
- Medical Mutual of Ohio named former Cleveland Clinic CFO Steven Glass as president and CEO, effective Aug. 1.
- Magellan Health appointed Derrick Duke as CEO July 7, succeeding former CEO Ken Fasola. The position is a part of Centene's CEO office.
- BCBS South Carolina named Michael Mizeur as president and CEO July 1.
