Friday Health Plans has named Beth Bierbower as CEO, effective Dec. 2.
Former CEO Sal Gentile and former President Dave Pinkert have left the company. Mr. Gentile will continue to serve as an outside senior advisor, according to a news release.
Ms. Bierbower held several leadership roles at Humana since first starting there in 2001, including president of the group and specialty benefits segment.

Friday was founded in 2015 and offers individual and small group plans both on and off the exchange. In 2023, the company is offering ACA plans in Colorado, North Carolina, Georgia, Nevada and Oklahoma.
