Regence BlueShield of Idaho has named Adrean Cavener as director of public affairs and government relations. 

Sentara Health Plans, the insurance division of Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Healthcare, has named Colin Drozdowski president, effective Sept. 1.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has named Karl Laskowski, MD, vice president and medical director of clinical programs and strategy.
