The two, four-story buildings are located at 4151 and 4191 East Commerce Way and were home to Health Net, Centene’s subsidiary in California.
Last June, Centene announced its plan to adopt a more “modern, flexible work environment,” including a 65 percent reduction in its real estate footprint. Last fall, the company canceled its plan to build a 2.4 million-square-foot East Coast campus in North Carolina because of the shift to hybrid and remote work, and it has continued to downsize office space nationwide.
