The St. Louis-based payer has exited at least 600,000 square feet of office space in the past year, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
The company has downsized its office space as more employees work remote or hybrid. Centene canceled plans for a $1 billion east coast headquarters in North Carolina in 2022.
Several other payers have sold or declined to renew leases on office spaces this year.
