- Elevance Health appointed Principal Financial CFO Deanna Strable to its board of directors Oct. 25.
- The BCBS Association named David Merritt as senior vice president of policy and advocacy, effective Oct. 24.
- BCBS North Carolina named Latisha Hamilton-Williams as chief people officer on Oct. 21, effective Nov. 14.
- Cambia Health Solutions, the parent company of Regence, named Donna Milavetz, MD, as chief medical officer Oct. 18.
- Fallon Health named Sandra Villalba as director of Medicare sales Oct. 18.
