Health Care Service Corp., the parent company of BCBS Texas, Illinois, New Mexico and Montana, has named Anne Rote president of its Medicaid division.
Ms. Rote will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will increase access to care for the company's more than 1 million Medicaid members, according to an Oct. 3 news release.
She previously served as plan president and COO at Molina Healthcare, vice president of Medicaid at Optum and CEO of Aetna's Medicaid operations in Texas.
