Optum to move out of 54-acre Minnesota campus by year’s end

Optum will move out of an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based campus with 473,000 square feet of office space by the end of 2023, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported Nov. 2.

The 54-acre campus was listed as up for lease last year. The site is near Optum’s main headquarters, also located in Eden Prairie. 

UnitedHealth Group is planning to move its headquarters from Minnetonka to Optum’s campus in 2024. The campus will have a UnitedHealth Group side and an Optum side, and UnitedHealthcare will continue to be based in Minnetonka.
