With Medicaid redeterminations set to begin April 1, Google is updating its search engine for beneficiaries to find re-enrollment information where they live.
The announcement was made during Google Health's "Check Up" event March 14.
Additionally, the company will update its search to help the uninsured and underinsured find community health centers offering free or low-cost care.
Google also said at the event its conversational AI technology Duplex has called hundreds of thousands of healthcare providers in the U.S. to verify their information on Google Search. Duplex was also used to verify if providers accept certain Medicaid plans in their state.
