Sentara Health Plans, the insurance division of Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Healthcare, has named Colin Drozdowski president, effective Sept. 1.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has named Karl Laskowski, MD, vice president and medical director of clinical programs and strategy. 

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield has named Lester Davis as vice president and chief of staff, a role that will serve "as an extension of the Office of the CEO."

Former Centene executive Jeff Schwaneke has been elected to serve as an independent member of Agilon Health's board of directors. 

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has named Tal Cohen as its first director of provider data.
