UnitedHealthcare has named David Milich as CEO of employer and individual operations in its central region, according to a Dec. 27 LinkedIn post.

Friday Health Plans has named Beth Bierbower as CEO, effective Dec. 2.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has promoted Bukata Hayes to vice president and chief equity officer. 

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island has named Anastasia Bergmann as vice president and chief people officer.  

Aspirus Health Plan has named Kyle Brua as president, effective Nov. 7, 2022.

From a new president and COO at Centene to a new leader at Humana Military, these are nine payer executive moves reported by Becker's since Dec. 1:

AmeriHealth Caritas has named Neil Gomes as senior vice president and chief digital officer, and Ngoc Trang as senior vice president and chief actuary. 

Solis Health Plans, a Florida Medicare Advantage provider, named Francisco Hernandez, MD, as chief medical officer. 

Centene has promoted Ken Fasola to president and Jim Murray to chief operating officer as current president and COO Brent Layton plans to retire. 

James Schroeder, CEO of Health Share of Oregon, has been appointed interim director of the state's Health Authority, Oregon Capital Chronicle reported Dec. 13.
