Brady Priest is stepping down from his role as CEO of Clover Care Services, Clover Health’s home care business, effective July 3.

He informed the company June 15. Mr. Priest was among the highest-paid Clover executives in 2025. In a regulatory filing, Clover said the departure does not stem from any disagreements between Mr. Priest and the company.

Clover will not identify a successor. Instead, the company said it plans on allocating Mr. Priest’s responsibilities across executive leadership.

“The company believes this structure will more closely integrate Clover Care Services with the company’s broader operations,” the filing said.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 2–3 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
