Erin Lenox has rejoined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as senior vice president of service and operations.
Ms. Lenox is responsible for the strategic direction of member, account, and provider service and enrollment and claims operations across the company, according to a July 21 news release. She also oversees the service and operations center of excellence and leads Blue Cross Blue Shield InterPlan program management.
Most recently, she was the president of national accounts at Cigna Healthcare for nearly two years. Prior to Cigna, she served in various roles at BCBSMA, including senior vice president of commercial and pharmacy sales.
