Lindsay Crawley-Herbert left her role as chief people and transformation officer at SCAN, according to an Oct. 20 LinkedIn post.
“Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of an extraordinary evolution,” she wrote. “We’ve grown, transformed, taken on hard challenges and continued to raise the bar on what’s possible. We’ve built new capabilities, reimagined how we work and begun exploring how AI can help us unlock entirely new ways of working and empower our people to do more meaningful work.”
Ms. Crawley-Herbert joined SCAN in 2021, her LinkedIn profile said. She oversaw SCAN’s first chief AI officer, who was named in March. As the company approached AI transformation, she said the process is “fundamentally about people,” supporting the workforce so it uses technology effectively.
Ms. Crawley-Herbert said she looks forward to taking on “a new challenge” but did not name another role.
