Blue Shield of California is continuing its efforts to transform its pharmacy benefits. 

UnitedHealth, Humana and Florida Blue saw the largest declines in average star ratings out of the 15 largest Medicare Advantage insurers by membership, according to an analysis from Chartis. 

Blue Shield of California will lay off 61 employees, according to WARN notices filed Oct. 2.
