Arkansas BCBS promoted Vice President of Infrastructure Operations David Martin to CIO earlier this year, according to an April 7 news release shared with Becker’s.
Mr. Martin will lead the planning, delivery, cybersecurity and performance of the insurer’s technology. In this role, he will focus on strategy, efficiency, member experience and long-term projects.
Mr. Martin has almost three decades of technology experience and joined Arkansas BCBS in 2018. Previously, he worked at IT service provider ConvergeOne, now known as C1.
