Centene president to retire

Centene president Ken Fasola plans to retire in July 2025.

Mr. Fasola will end his duties as president by the end of 2024, and transition to a strategic advisor role for the first half of 2025, according to regulatory documents filed Nov. 12.

Mr. Fasola was previously CEO of Magellan Health, which was acquired by Centene in 2022. Centene named Mr. Fasola as president in December 2022.

He was Centene’s second-highest paid executive in 2023, earning $10.6 million in total compensation.
