The building was constructed just over a decade ago for the pharmaceutical benefit manager owned by the Cigna Group, according to the report. The office has sat vacant since the company left its lease there in 2021.

The building was constructed for $70 million and will be up for auction in June with a reserve price of around $2.3 million, according to the report.

Express Scripts renewed the lease of its current headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2022 shortly before the property was sold for $36 million.
