Florida Blue leasing out 59K square feet of office space 

Florida Blue is leasing nearly 59,000-square-feet of office space to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office in the city’s downtown, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported May 26.

The entire property is owned by the payer and comprises more than 571,000-square-feet, including a 10-story building and an adjacent 22-story tower.

Several major insurers have leased out property recently, including UnitedHealthcare and ConnectiCare.
