32 payers have been ranked by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for their inclusivity toward LGBTQ employees.
The January report invited Fortune's 500 largest publicly traded businesses, American Lawyer magazine's top 200 revenue-grossing law firms, and hundreds of mid- to large-sized businesses to participate in the Corporate Equality Index. The index measures non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; support of an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.
Across all industries, 1,449 companies participated this year, and 765 earned a perfect score of 100.
