25 payers have been included on Forbes' seventh annual ranking of the nation's best employers for diversity.
The ranking was published April 23 alongside Statista and was partly based on a survey of 170,000 people working for companies with at least 1,000 employees in the U.S.
Analysts also examined more than 1,300 companies on their diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, including presence of employee resource groups, the publication of employee demographic data, the percentage of women in leadership roles, and supplier diversity.
