According to an Aug. 29 news release, the Anthem Link Virtual First plans will be available to eligible members in large-group fully funded or self-insured plans.

The plans have no coinsurance costs for virtual care and offer access to an AI-driven symptom checker, virtual routine wellness care, chronic condition management and behavioral services.

Anthem rolled out similar plans in Georgia and California beginning in July.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 17–19 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
