The top-rated Medicaid plan in every state, per NCQA

The National Committee for Quality Assurance awarded 13 Medicaid contracts 4.5 star ratings for 2023. 

The committee published its 2023 health plan ratings Sept. 15. Plans are rated on a one- to five-star scale based on quality of care, member satisfaction and plans' efforts to improve. 

No Medicaid plans received a five-star rating. 

Here are the NCQA's top-rated Medicaid plans in each state. States with no plans rated by the committee are not included.
