Florida employees with employer-sponsored health insurance paid the highest average annual family premiums in 2022, while Hawaii employees had the lowest premiums, according to new data published by KFF and sourced from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
The figures listed only reflect employee contributions to their total annual premium and not their employer's contribution.
