Priority Health is launching a third-party administrator solution to self-funded employers in Michigan in 2027.
The offering, called PHP TPA Services, was developed by Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana, which Priority acquired in 2024. The TPA will be available to self-funded Michigan employers with 51 to 99 enrolled employees, the insurer said Sept. 23.
The new product expands Priority’s funding options, which already include fully insured, self-funded, level-funded and TPA services for employers with more than 100 employees.
Priority is the insurance arm of Grand Rapids-based Corewell Health. It has 1.4 million members across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin.
