UnitedHealth is still the largest Medicare Advantage carrier in the country, while CVS Health recorded 15% growth in MA membership during the annual enrollment period, according to an analysis published by Baltimore Health Analytics.

  5. Kaiser Permanente: 1.9 million (0%)
  6. Centene: 1.2 million (-11%)
  7. BCBS Michigan: 696,000 (4%)
  8. Cigna: 597,000 (-1%)
  9. Highmark Health: 417,000 (4%)
  10. Florida Blue: 332,000 (0%)
