Dr. Gutshall has practiced medicine in Iowa for 26 years as a family and emergency medicine physician, according to a Molina Healthcare news release.
He previously served as chief medical officer for Wellmark Blue Blue Shield and Telligen. He is vice chairman of the Free Clinics of Iowa.
