According to an Oct. 27 news release, the payer, owned by Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health, will offer two new PPO plans, a new D-SNP plan and an HMO-POS Giveback plan.
The Giveback plan includes a $105 rebate on part B premiums.
Jefferson Health Plan offers MA plans in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The plan rebranded to Jefferson Health from Health Partners Plans in July.
