Health Partners Plans will rebrand as Jefferson Health Plans, beginning with its Medicare plans in 2024.
According to an Aug. 2 news release from Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health, the rebranding will be ongoing through 2025. Jefferson Health acquired Health Partners Plans in 2021.
The company's Medicaid and CHIP plans will continue to be known as Health Partners and KidzPartners, according to the release.
