Using a 1,000-point scale, satisfaction ratings increased 44 points when members contacted their plan provider and 78 points when members received information from their plan about their network. Despite this, 43 percent of members say they received no information from their plan.
J.D. Power released its commercial health plan member satisfaction rating in May.
