Humana’s board of directors declared a $0.885 per share dividend to be paid Oct. 31.
The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of the close of business Sept. 26, according to an Aug. 21 Humana news release.
Humana reported a net income of $545 million in the second quarter of 2025, down from a net income of $679 million during the same period last year, according to its July 30 financial report.
