Humana’s board of directors declared a $0.885 per share dividend to be paid July 25.
The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of the close of business June 27, according to an April 17 Humana news release.
Humana will release its first-quarter 2025 earnings report on April 30.
In the fourth quarter of 2024, Humana recorded a $693 million loss, reflecting increased benefits expenses, particularly in Medicare Advantage and state-based contracts.
