The expansion follows a pilot with 200 provider groups beginning last December that led to 34 percent faster submission rates, according to an Oct. 24 news release.
The new process will integrate directly into providers’ EHR systems and will be available Jan. 1 to all Humana employees on the company health plan and Medicare Advantage members.
Humana and Cohere first partnered in 2021 by launching the platform in 12 states.
