Mr. Carden will be responsible for the planning, implementation and managing of all financial activities for BCBS. Carden was previously a junior programmer at the company and vice president and chief actuary in the actuary department.
Mr. Manderson was previously the portfolio manager at BCBS and director of treasury operations.
