Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama has named Noel Carden senior vice president and CFO and Mark Manderson as vice president of treasury operations, according to This Is Alabama.
Mr. Carden will be responsible for the planning, implementation and managing of all financial activities for BCBS. Carden was previously a junior programmer at the company and vice president and chief actuary in the actuary department.
Mr. Manderson was previously the portfolio manager at BCBS and director of treasury operations.
