Aledade supports physicians and their practices by helping to grow ACOs and value-based care models. The partnership with Anthem will impact more than 80 practices, 15 health centers and 25 rural health clinics across Virginia, and also covers Medicare Advantage and commercially insured members, according to a Nov. 30 news release.

Aledade is partnered with 15 of Virginia’s 26 community health centers and supports care for more than 90 percent of Anthem’s CHC members in the state. Elevance, Anthem’s parent company, has partnered with Aledade previously, along with Cigna, CareFirst BCBS and Humana.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 17–19 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
