Aledade’s ACOs accumulated $1 billion in savings through the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2024.
The network of independent primary care providers worked with about 11% of all MSSP beneficiaries, contributing nearly 20% of the program’s shared savings, according to a press release shared with Becker’s. Medicare ACOs collectively saved $2.4 billion in net savings 2024.
CMS results for MSSP reported how Aledade ACOs landed over $665 in savings per beneficiary and saved taxpayers more than $320 million. Aledade ACOs also achieved roughly $390,000 in shared savings per practice.
Aledade attributes these savings to its value-based care model, with partners preventing nearly 96,000 hospitalizations and 167,000 emergency department visits in 2024.
