The exchange — Your Health Idaho — will have at least four health payers particpating in each county in 2017. In other states, insurer pullbacks may leave a third of U.S. counties with a single insurer next year.

Plan rates will be finalized by the Idaho Department of Insurance this week, according to the report. Eighty-five percent of exchange enrollees receive subsides under the ACA.
