Molina Healthcare closes $150M acquisition of My Choice Wisconsin

Molina Healthcare has completed the acquisition of My Choice Wisconsin, a Medicaid MCO with 44,000 members.

The acquisition closed Sept. 1, according to a Sept. 5 press release from Molina. 

Molina said it planned to acquire the MCO for $150 million in July 2022.
