Molina to acquire Wisconsin Medicaid MCO

Molina Healthcare is acquiring My Choice Wisconsin, a Medicaid managed care organization that serves 44,000 members across the state.

The deal is worth approximately $150 million, according to a July 13 Molina Healthcare news release. 

Molina said it intends to fund the purchase with cash on hand and the deal is expected to close later this year.
