Elizabeth Tallett is chair of the board of directors. She is an independent consultant to healthcare companies and was president and CEO of Transcell Technologies, a pharmaceutical company, from 1992 to 1996. She also serves on the boards of Moderna and life sciences company Qiagen.
Gail Boudreaux is CEO of Elevance Health. She has led the company since 2017.
R. Kerry Clark retired as CEO of Cardinal Health in 2009. He previously held senior executive roles at Procter and Gamble and currently serves on the boards of General Mills and aircraft, defense and industrial products company Textron.
Susan DeVore retired as CEO of healthcare improvement company Premier in 2021. She serves on the board of directors of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based health system AdventHealth and financial protection benefits company Unum Group.
Robert Dixon retired as global CIO of PepsiCo in 2016. He owns RD Factor, a consulting business. Mr. Dixon also serves on the board of directors of Build-A-Bear Workshop and identity management platform Okta.
Lewis Hay served as chair of NextEra Energy until 2013, and CEO until 2012. He is an operating adviser at private equity investment firm Clayton, Dubilier and Rice. Mr. Hay also serves on the board of directors of energy infrastructure provider Artera and aerospace technology firm L3Harris Technologies.
Bahija Jallal, PhD, is CEO of Immunocore Limited, a biotechnology company. She was executive vice president of AstraZeneca from 2013 to 2019.
Antonio Neri is CEO of Hewlett Packard, a role he has held since 2018. He previously held several other executive roles in the company.
Ramiro Peru is the former CEO of mining and manufacturing company Phelps Dodge Corporation. He also serves on the board of oil and gas exploration company SM Energy Company.
Ryan Schneider, PhD, is CEO of Anywhere Real Estate. Dr. Schneider previously held senior roles at Capital One Financial Corporation and was a senior advisor at McKinsey and Company.
Deanna Strable is CFO of Principal Financial Group, a role she has held since 2017. She has held various positions at the company since 1990.
