Mr. Greco was most recently the CEO of Advance Auto Parts. He retired from the auto parts retailer in 2023, according to an Aug. 15 news release from Centene.
He previously served as CEO of Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo, from 2011 to 2016. He spent three decades in various roles at PepsiCo before leading its snack division.
Mr. Greco also serves on the boards of Tapestry, a fashion company, the Sabra Dipping Company, a joint venture between PepsiCo and the Strauss Group, and the American Heart Association.
