Two states have youth uninsured rates above 10 percent (Texas and Wyoming), while two states have rates below 2 percent (Vermont and Massachusetts), according to 2021 U.S. Census data.

These are seven health plans expanding or launching products in new markets that Becker's has reported since Nov. 16:

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Mississippi and the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson have reached a contract agreement, ending one of the more intense payer-provider disputes over reimbursement rates in 2022.

Centene is expecting to see total revenues between $137.4 billion and $139.4 billion in 2023, down from the $142.7 billion to $144.7 billion it is projecting for this year.
