Clover Health posted a $28 million profit for the second quarter of 2026, according to a recent earnings filing.
During the same period last year, Clover logged a $10.6 million loss. The company had its first profitable quarter in 2024.
Total revenue for the second quarter of 2026 was $743.2 million, up nearly 56% year over year. The company attributed the improved results to membership growth and a disciplined approach to administrative spend.
On June 30, Clover had 157,309 members. The company’s benefit-expense ratio dipped to 87.6% this past quarter from 88.4% during the same time in 2025.
