UPMC Health Plan has promoted Rachelle Graham to vice president, marketing and communications in the Insurance Services Division.
Ms. Graham will be responsible for all marketing and communications strategies, development, and execution activities across the division, according to a July 18 news release.
She first joined UPMC Health Plan in 2016 as senior director of government products.
