Funke Agbasi, MD, is joining UnitedHealthcare’s Kentucky Medicaid plan as chief medical officer.
In a May LinkedIn post, Dr. Agbasi said she was looking forward to “serving the vulnerable and closing gaps in care for those who need it most.”
Dr. Agbasi most recently worked for healthcare company Ro as vice president of clinical practice, according to her LinkedIn profile. She had also spent much of her career as a practicing physician.
