David Shapiro joins the company after serving as UnitedHealthcare’s chief experience officer, according to an Aug. 21 Press Ganey news release.
Mr. Shapiro spent more than 17 years at UnitedHealthcare, according to his LinkedIn page. He has served as CXO since September 2021.
