Ms. Delphin-Rodriguez will lead SCAN’s legal department as it expands geographically, including managing the company’s proposed combination with CareOregon, according to a May 16 news release.
Under the proposal, SCAN Group will be renamed HealthRight Group. The new combined nonprofit will serve 800,000 members in Medicare and Medicaid managed care and have combined revenues of $6.8 billion.
Previously, Ms. Delphin-Rodriguez was a partner at Crowell & Moring LLP’s Los Angeles office.
