Dr. Saint Clair will lead clinical programs to make healthcare more affordable, accessible and effective for Regence members, according to an Aug. 25 news release from the payer.
She most recently served as a medical director for Cigna in Seattle where she managed population health and worked with employers and providers to ensure quality health outcomes and affordability, according to the release.
“Dr. Saint Clair brings more than two decades of experience as a medical director, administrator, surgeon, and obstetrician-gynecologist, and a deep commitment and insight into the health needs of Washingtonians,” Regence BlueShield President Claire Verity said in the release.
